1. Meet with vendors and suppliers to place stock orders
2. Travel across the Kumaon region for vendor visits, business meetings, and market coverage as needed
3. Handle customer relationships
4. Keep an eye on competitor pricing and local market trends
5. Plan and run in-store promotions to bring in more footfall
6. Report sales figures

Requirements

1. 2 to 4 years of experience in retail sales, ideally with some team-handling exposure
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. A target-driven approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure
4. Basic computer skills for sales reporting
5. Based in Haldwani or open to relocating

Salary & Benefits

1. ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience
2. Travel allowance included
